Our ethos is always that it is better to prevent a dispute then to try and after the event solve it. To this end we have done numerous training courses for clients in order to keep your workforce educated, up to date and aware of their obligations.
In the many discrimination matters we have been involved in, the first question the relevant tribunal asks is “what training takes place in the workplace?” A defence or mitigation in any prosecution under the Workplace Health & Safety laws or discrimination laws needs to include evidence of the culture of the workplace and training involved.
We offer training courses to suit your needs and specifically tailored to the issues of your workplace these include:
- Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance and Obligations
- Discrimination, Bullying and Appropriate Workplace Behaviour
- Board of Directors training to include their specific obligations in regard to in particular Workplace Health & Safety, and other employee obligations. We also conduct training in relation to their obligations under the ever onerous Corporations Act.
