Fiona Inverarity

Fiona is regarded as one of Australia’s premier industrial employment lawyers and has been ranked by legal profiles as a leader in this field.

 

Fiona provides her clients with high-level strategic advice on all aspects of employment relations. She also has extensive litigation experience in running many of the leading cases in the Anti- discrimination Tribunal, Federal and State Supreme Courts. She also has defended the largest occupation health and safety case in New South Wales.

Fiona has an excellent grasp of all the business issues facing clients and has been involved in acting for a number of directors and senior employees in various disputes. She also enjoys working with human resources professionals and has the ability to bring more than just legal solutions to complex issues.

Prior to starting her own firm Fiona has been a partner with Baker & Mackenzie, PwC and Truman Hoyle.
