How to end the employment relationship is often the hardest so making sure that you are prepared on all possible outcomes prior to the ending of the relationship is critical.
We also act in all employment litigation matters including unfair contracts, unfair dismissal, restraints of trade and breach of contract. As always however prevention of litigation is our aim.
